Charlie – Purple and Teak Tweed Hairy Cow

Charlie is a one of a kind Hairy Cow. He’s made from beautiful tweed check fabric and cut velvet, and had a wool fringe. His eyes are resin, and his plaque is wooden. His horns are made from resin and are painted.

My creatures have glass or resin eyes. The ears are sewn together. The horns are cast from resin and painted. That glamorous fringe is made from strips of fabric.

Faux Taxidermy highland cows come with a backboard with a keyhole type hanger set into the back. All you need is a hook, screw, or nail that is suitable for your wall to hang it on.

They are made from high quality upholstery fabric scraps and swatch books. I use a variety of trims when needed to support any fragile edges. For some styles, I will fray the edges on purpose.

Approximate Dimensions are 480mm H x 500mm W x 400mm D.
