Chip the Seagull – Seaside Chip Thief

I would like to apologise for Chip in advance. He has not been trained, and though I think he’ll be happy with this current chip, I cannot make any promises. He is a seaside chip thief, after all!

Chip’s beak is cast from resin, and his chip is cast in flexible polyurethane foam. His eyes are glass.

Seagulls have a beak made from resin and painted. A basic seagull comes with a wooden plaque. I can also mount these onto an ornate, painted resin frame.

They can come with or without a chip. You may wish to add something from  a personal memory instead of a chip. Please check first, as the beaks can carry limited weight.

Your cheeky seaside thief can also be characterised, for example with a top hat and monocle.

Faux Taxidermy seagulls are mounted on a more traditional wooden plaque or an ornate frame. They have a keyhole type hanger set into the back. All you need is a hook, screw, or nail that is suitable for your wall to hang it on. I do supply a suitable screw.

They are made from high quality upholstery fabric scraps and swatch books. I use a variety of trims when needed to support any fragile edges. For some styles, I will fray the edges on purpose.

Dimensions are 140mm H x 80-95mmW (depending on frame type).  Projection from wall is 150mm D.
