BACS: You can make a bank to bank payment if you wish. Please email me in this case.


Yes, I post internationally. However, I am unable to post to PO Boxes. I use Transglobal Express to find the best shipping rate and only use well known couriers. Shipping time varies depending on the courier used, but is usually 3 – 7 business days.

If you have purchased from stock, I will usually post within 2 days. If you have chosen to purchase a custom creature, please allow at least 2 weeks for creation time. If you need a custom make in a hurry, do get in touch as I will always try to accomodate where possible.

If you are in the UK, yes. I can send items first class or special delivery. Please contact me for enquires.

I may not always be able to provide a next day delivery, but will be happy to get your order prioritised for you.

For international orders, please contact me for expedited international delivery pricing.

Please allow at least a week for your item to arrive (Longer outside the UK) If your item still hasn’t arrived, please feel free to contact me to discuss.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping to international destinations can be delayed. Parcels may get caught up in customs backlogs. Please check with your local postal agent to find out what delays are. Royal Mail asks to allow at least 30 working days before declaring the parcel lost.

The USA and Canada seem to be particularly affected by this due to customs delays.

I can ship using DHL via Transglobal Express, but for small packages this is relatively costly.

This depends on my workload. A custom order can take anything for a week to a month. Please get in touch to confirm.


I take great care to pack each beast well for their journey, but should the worst happen, please contact me I  will be happy to discuss a solution.

Please get in touch ASAP if you want to cancel your order. If your item hasn’t been sent, I am happy to cancel your order & refund your payment. 

If your item has been sent, and you wish to cancel, please return it to me in the same condition it was sent. I will refund you the cost less delivery costs on receipt of the product.


If you have ordered a Custom make, please ensure you have carefully read this page. An order confirmation for a custom order assumes that you are aware of the refund policy for custom orders.

For custom orders, you may cancel at any time, however, the refund you will get varies depending on what work I have completed so far. Please carefully read the following:

100% refund if you cancel before I have pulled fabrics for you.

10% of the commission price, or £20 of your refund (whichever is less) will be not be refunded if you cancel after I have sent photos of fabrics suggestions.

 15% of the commission price, or £40 (whichever is less) of the price paid will not be refunded if you cancel after I have cut the fabrics.

If I have already started assembly, cancellation will be decided on a case by case basis. I will charge you for hours spend and fabric and materials, and will show a breakdown of costs thus far before refunding the balance. The minimum I will charge you is listed above.

If you have changed your mind and would like to return your purchase, please send it back carefully packaged in the original condition. You will be refunded the purchase price less shpping costs.

Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
